Ingredients
- Poultry - 2 lbs
- Salad Potatoes - 2 lbs
- Mayonnaise - 3 tablespoons
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Ground Black Pepper - ½ teaspoon
- Salt - ½ teaspoon
- Parsley - 1 bunch
- Garlic - ½ head

Prepare the ingredients.

Wash the potatoes and peel them.
Step 3
Slice into rounds about 0.5 centimeters thick.

Cut the chicken into serving pieces.

Peel the garlic cloves.
Step 6
Grate the garlic on a fine grater or use a garlic press.

Prepare the marinade ingredients. Add the grated garlic to the mayonnaise.

Add ground black pepper.

Add salt.

Add ground paprika.

Mix thoroughly.

In a deep bowl, place the sliced potatoes and chicken pieces.
