Ingredients
- Butter - 2.8 oz
- Poultry - 2 lbs
- Bacon - 2.8 oz
- Onion - 1.8 oz
- Passata Tomato Sauce - 1.4 oz
- Dry White Wine - 4 fl oz
- Rice - 5.6 oz
- Cheese Spread - 2.8 oz
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the chicken into portion-sized pieces. Slice the bacon into thin strips. Place the chicken pieces and bacon in a pot with butter and sauté, then add finely chopped onion, tomato paste, stir, pour in the white wine and broth, season with salt, sprinkle with black pepper, and simmer on low heat until partially cooked.
Step 2
Transfer the chicken pieces to a baking tray, add rinsed rice, sprinkle with black pepper, pour over the sauce formed from simmering the chicken, and bake until fully cooked.
