- Skin-On Chicken Breasts - 1 piece
- Garlic - 4 cloves
- Mayonnaise - 3.5 oz

First, before cooking, it is necessary to boil the rice, any kind will do, then proceed to prepare the dish itself.
Step 2
I cut the chicken breast into slices, like for cutlets, season with salt and pepper, and place it on a preheated skillet. I cook the food without oil, so I add a little boiled water to prevent the chicken from sticking too much. Squeeze 2 cloves of garlic into the meat and add a bit of mayonnaise (I use light) to make the breast juicier.
Step 3
Add the boiled rice to the chicken in the skillet, mix well, squeeze in another 2 cloves of garlic, and add about two tablespoons of mayonnaise. Mix everything, fry a little more, and serve on a plate.
