Ingredients
- Chicken Thighs - 4 pieces
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Rice - 1 cup
- Frozen Vegetable Mix 'Lecho' - 7.1 oz
- Cream - ½ cup
- Milk - ½ cup
- Mayonnaise - 3 tablespoons
- Fresh basil leaves - ½ teaspoon
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Press the garlic, add salt, pepper, dried basil, and rub the mixture onto the chicken thighs.
Step 2
Pre-fry the chicken thighs until half-cooked in a small amount of vegetable oil. In a greased baking dish, place the rinsed rice and frozen vegetables, and mix. Lay the chicken thighs on top of the mixture.
Step 3
Mix the cream with the milk and mayonnaise, pour the mixture into the dish, and place it in the oven for 30 minutes. Then pour a cup of hot water into the rice and cook for another 20 minutes (until the rice is done). You can place it under the grill.
Step 4
When serving, sprinkle the chicken with vegetables and rice with chopped herbs.
