Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 1.8 oz
- Poultry - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 head
- Garlic - 1 head
- Olives stuffed with lemon - 3.5 oz
- Olive Oil - 3 spoons
- Dry White Wine - 10 fl oz
- Rosemary - 4 stalks
- Ocean salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the chicken into pieces, coat them in flour mixed with salt and pepper, and fry in two tablespoons of oil until golden brown.
Step 2
Slice the onion into half-moons, roughly chop five cloves of garlic, and finely chop two sprigs of rosemary. Sauté in a tablespoon of oil, add the chicken, pour in the wine, and simmer for about forty minutes.
Step 3
Chop the remaining rosemary and garlic, add them to the chicken, and simmer for another ten minutes. Finally, stir in the olives.
