Ingredients
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts - 4 pieces
- Onion - 1 head
- Fresh Mushrooms - 7.1 oz
- Brandy - 1 fl oz
- Corn Starch - 0.4 oz
- Sherry - 2 fl oz
- Sour Cream - 8.8 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Sauté the chicken breasts in oil until cooked through. Set aside and keep warm.
Step 2
Sauté the finely chopped onion until soft. Add the finely chopped mushrooms and cook for 3 minutes.
Step 3
Place the chicken on top and add the brandy. Simmer for another 15 minutes. Mix the cornstarch and dry sherry with the sour cream and pour the mixture into the pan. Heat and make a thick sauce.
