Ingredients
- Poultry - 2 lbs
- Tomatoes - 17.6 oz
- Pickled Chanterelles - 8.8 oz
- Shrimp - 6 pieces
- Onion - 7.1 oz
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Basil - 1 bunch
- Lemon - 1 piece
- Olive Oil - 5 tablespoons
- Chicken Broth - 3 fl oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Apple Wine - 5 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the prepared chicken into pieces and fry in olive oil with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Peel the tomatoes, remove the seeds, and chop them. Add wine, broth, garlic, and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
Step 3
Clean the champignon mushrooms and slice them.
Step 4
Peel and chop the onion. Sauté the mushrooms with the onion in butter. Drizzle with lemon juice, season with salt and pepper.
Step 5
Fry the shrimp, peel them, and drizzle with lemon juice.
Step 6
Add the mushrooms and onion to the chicken. Simmer for 5 minutes, remove from heat, and add the shrimp.
Step 7
Sprinkle the finished dish with chopped basil.
