Description

The rice can be sautéed separately with an egg, and it can be fried quite thoroughly, even until it has a crispy crust.

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet - 2 lbs
  • Soy Sauce - 2 spoons
  • Rice Vinegar for Sushi - 2 spoons
  • Black sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
  • Sugar - 1 tablespoon
  • Cayenne Pepper - to taste
  • Salt - to taste
  • Oyster Mushrooms - 2 spoons
  • Boiled White Round Rice - 10.6 oz
  • Spinach - 17.6 oz
  • Chicken Egg - 2 pieces
  • Cilantro - 1.1 oz
  • Onion - 1.1 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Boil the rice in plain water until cooked. Heat the dark vinegar and dissolve the sugar in it, then add the sesame oil and mix well. Combine the rice with the vinegar, oil, and sugar mixture.

Step 2

Beat the eggs with two tablespoons of water and fry very thin egg crepes in vegetable oil. Cut the finished crepes into noodle-like strips.

Step 3

Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces and slice the onion into half rings. Wash the spinach and keep only the leaves, discarding the stems.

Step 4

Heat peanut oil in a wok and sauté pieces of chicken fillet until they develop a caramelized crust. Add onion and cook it with the chicken until the onion becomes softer but still retains some freshness, about one to one and a half minutes. Then, pour soy sauce into the pan, add oyster sauce, season with salt and pepper, and cook for another two minutes.

Step 5

Next, add the spinach leaves, chopped green onions, egg noodle strips, cilantro, and rice to the skillet. Mix everything together, remove from heat, let it sit for two minutes, and then serve.
