Chicken with Tomatoes and Paprika
Ingredients
- Olive Oil - 5 teaspoons
- Chicken bones - 6 pieces
- Onion - 1 piece
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Tomatoes - 3 pieces
- Green peppercorns - 3 pieces
- Paprika - 1 tablespoon
- Mild Chili Spice - 1 piece
- Dry White Wine - 5 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Heat the oil in a large pot.
Step 2
Sauté the chicken in batches — as much as fits at one time — for about 5 minutes. Arrange on a plate or cutting board.
Step 3
In the same pot, add the chopped onion and garlic. Sauté them until golden brown.
Step 4
Add the tomatoes and bell pepper to the onion and garlic, and sauté for about 5 minutes over low heat.
Step 5
Place the chicken back in the pot. Pour in the white wine, then add the chili and paprika.
Step 6
Simmer covered for about 30 minutes. Then, cook for another 10 minutes uncovered.
