Ingredients
- Celery salt - 1 piece
- Rutabaga - 14.1 oz
- Sweet Potato - 2 pieces
- Parsnip - 2 pieces
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Olive Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Black Cumin (Cumin) - ½ teaspoon
- Sage - to taste
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts - 4 pieces
- Prosciutto - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 392°F. In a baking dish, place diced celery root, rutabaga, sweet potatoes, parsnip cut into quarters lengthwise, and garlic. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with cumin, salt, and pepper, and mix. Cook for 30 minutes.
Step 2
Place a leaf of sage on each chicken breast, wrap each with a strip of prosciutto. Remove the baking dish from the oven, turn the vegetables, and place the meat on top. Bake for 30–35 minutes, until the vegetables are tender.
