Ingredients
- Sweet Pepper - 1.4 oz
- Chicken fillet - 10.6 oz
- Carrot - 1.4 oz
- Onion - 1.4 oz
- Passata Tomato Sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Soy Sauce - 2 spoons
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Mild Chili Spice - 1 piece
- Vegetable Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Herbs - 1 bunch
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the chicken breast into fairly large cubes.
Step 2
Quickly sauté in a well-heated skillet.
Step 3
Dice the carrot, onion, and bell pepper into small cubes.
Step 4
Heat oil in a skillet and sauté the chopped vegetables for about 5-7 minutes.

Then pour in the soy sauce.
Step 6
Add the tomato paste and simmer the vegetables for about 15 minutes.
Step 7
Finally, add the minced garlic and chili.

Place the chicken fillet.

Stir and keep on the heat for another 2-3 minutes. At the end, sprinkle with herbs, and season with salt and pepper to taste. You can serve boiled rice as a side dish.
