Ingredients

  • Skin-On Chicken Breasts - 6 pieces
  • Spices - to taste
  • Meyer Lemon Juice - 1 fl oz
  • Chopped almonds - 1.8 oz
  • Garlic - 1 clove
  • Dry White Wine - 2 fl oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Sauté the chicken breasts until golden brown. Add lemon juice and spices. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Remove the chicken.

Step 2

In the skillet, add the almonds, chopped garlic clove, and a little oil if necessary. Fry until the nuts are golden.

Step 3

Add the dry white wine and return the chicken to the skillet. Heat through and serve immediately.
