Description
You can use other dried fruits as well; prunes, dried pears, and dried cherries pair well with chicken. The key is to maintain a balance between sweet and neutral-tasting fruits.
Ingredients
- White bread - 4 pieces
- Chicken fillet - 17.6 oz
- Milk - 1 cup
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Chicken Egg - 2 pieces
- Raisins - 1.8 oz
- Dried Apricots - 3.5 oz
- Pickled Apples - 3.5 oz
- Breadcrumbs - 1 cup
- Oranges - 2 pieces
- Sugar - 1 teaspoon
- Yogurt powder - 7 fl oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Soak the dried fruits separately in warm water. Remove the crust from the bread, soak it in milk, and squeeze out the excess. Grind the meat in a blender, add the bread, egg, and minced garlic, and mix until a homogeneous mass is formed.
Step 2
Chop the dried apricots and apples, mix them together, and add the raisins. Divide the minced meat into patties, place the fruit filling in the center of each, fold, and secure with threads. Coat the zrazy in breadcrumbs and fry, then remove from heat.
Step 3
Squeeze the juice from the oranges, mix it with yogurt and the egg yolk. Whip while adding sugar. Serve the sauce separately with the zrazy.
