- Chickpea - 7.8 oz
- Canned Baby Beets - 3.9 oz
- Onion - 4.2 oz
- Red Curry Powder - 1 tablespoon
- Water - 1 cup

Soak the chickpeas for 8-12 hours, then boil (approximately 30 minutes).
Step 2
Chop the onion and sauté in a pan until it becomes translucent.
Step 3
Add the pre-cooked chickpeas and beans to the pan, and mix.
Step 4
Pour in the water and add a tablespoon of curry powder. Stir.
Step 5
Simmer for 15-20 minutes until thickened. Add water as needed.
