- Water - 13 fl oz
- Olive Oil - 3 tablespoons
- Salt - ½ teaspoon

Grind the chickpeas in a coffee grinder or mill.

Alternatively, roast the chickpeas in a hot oven for 10 minutes. After that, grind and sift them according to method #1.

Chickpea flour can be used to make many dishes, such as the Italian flatbread farinata. To do this, dissolve the salt in water and gradually mix it into the chickpea flour. Leave the dough covered with plastic wrap for 2 hours at room temperature.
Step 5
Mix half of the olive oil into the dough. Grease a baking sheet with the remaining oil and pour the dough onto it. Place it in an oven preheated to 428°F for 20 minutes.
