Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 10.6 oz
- Chickpea - 14.1 oz
- Turnips - 2 pieces
- Onion - 2 heads
- Fat - 2.5 oz
- Dill - ½ bunch
- Parsley - 0.3 bunches
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Rinse the chickpeas and soak them overnight.
Step 2
Wash the carrots, peel them, and cut into large strips.
Step 3
Peel the onion, wash it, and cut into half-rings.
Step 4
Wash and chop the dill and parsley.
Step 5
Rinse the meat, cut it into slices, and fry in melted fat, adding the onion, carrots, salt, and pepper.
Step 6
Fry for 3 minutes, pour in 100 ml of water, and simmer over medium heat for 5–7 minutes.
Step 7
Then add the chickpeas, 200 ml of water, and cook for 30 minutes.
Step 8
Serve the finished porridge garnished with dill and parsley.
