Ingredients
- Egg white - 1 piece
- Avocado - 1 piece
- Marinated cherries - 10 pieces
- Orange Bell Peppers - 1 piece
- Chicory - 2 pieces
- Yogurt powder - 3½ tablespoons
- Sour Cream - 2½ tablespoons
- Vinegar essence - 2 tablespoons
- Parsley - 1 bunch
- Salt - to taste
- Roquefort cheese - 1.8 oz
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the egg hard and slice it thinly.
Step 2
Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and peel it. Slice the flesh thinly.
Step 3
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
Step 4
Slice the bell pepper into strips.
Step 5
Chop the chicory into small pieces.
Step 6
To make the dressing, mix the yogurt, sour cream, and vinegar. Add the crumbled Roquefort and chopped parsley.
Step 7
