Chicory and avocado salad with Roquefort dressing

Ingredients

  • Egg white - 1 piece
  • Avocado - 1 piece
  • Marinated cherries - 10 pieces
  • Orange Bell Peppers - 1 piece
  • Chicory - 2 pieces
  • Yogurt powder - 3½ tablespoons
  • Sour Cream - 2½ tablespoons
  • Vinegar essence - 2 tablespoons
  • Parsley - 1 bunch
  • Salt - to taste
  • Roquefort cheese - 1.8 oz
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Boil the egg hard and slice it thinly.

Step 2

Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and peel it. Slice the flesh thinly.

Step 3

Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.

Step 4

Slice the bell pepper into strips.

Step 5

Chop the chicory into small pieces.

Step 6

To make the dressing, mix the yogurt, sour cream, and vinegar. Add the crumbled Roquefort and chopped parsley.

Step 7

Combine all the ingredients and dress the salad. Season with salt and pepper.
