Children's Potato Casserole with Meat

Ingredients

  • Salad Potatoes - 2 oz
  • Beef - 0.8 oz
  • Onion - 0.2 oz
  • Chicken Egg - 1 piece
  • Milk - 0 fl oz
  • Butter - 0.1 oz
  • Ocean salt - 0 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Rinse the meat, remove tendons, boil, cool, cut into pieces, and pass through a meat grinder along with the onion twice. Mix well.

Step 2

Peel, rinse, and boil the potatoes until tender. Drain the water, dry the potatoes, and mash while hot.

Step 3

To the mashed potatoes (cooled to 122°F), add the raw egg, milk, and mix well.

Step 4

On a greased baking sheet, spread half of the potato puree. Layer the meat filling on top, cover with the remaining potato puree, brush with butter, and bake in the oven for 15–20 minutes at a temperature of 220–536°F.
