Ingredients
- Long-Grain Rice - 10.6 oz
- Onion - 1 piece
- Carrot - 1 piece
- Frozen Green Peas - 5.3 oz
- Farmers' Sour Cream - 2 tablespoons
- Sea Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the rice, basmati can be used. Peel the vegetables.
Step 2
In a saucepan, place the sour cream and put it on the heat. Add finely chopped onion and diced carrot to the heated sour cream and sauté for 7-10 minutes. Then add the green peas and salt and sauté for a couple more minutes.
Step 3
Add the previously boiled rice to the vegetable mixture, stir, and heat for another minute.
