Ingredients
- Honey - 4 tablespoons
- Rice Vinegar for Sushi - 4 tablespoons
- Soy Sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Sesame Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts - 2 pieces
- Canned Corn - 7.8 oz
- Leek - 2 pieces
- Broccoli - 14.1 oz
- Pasta (corkscrew) - 7.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil or lightly sauté 2 chicken breasts in vegetable oil. Let cool.
Step 2
Cook any pasta (for example, conchiglie made from durum wheat) in a large pot of salted water according to package instructions. Three minutes before the pasta is done, add the broccoli florets to the pot.
Step 3
Cut the cooled chicken breast into small pieces.
Step 4
Slice the leek (only the white part of the stalk) into thin rings.
Step 5
In a bowl, whisk together honey, rice vinegar, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Serve warm.
Step 6
In a large salad bowl, combine the pasta, broccoli, chicken, leek, corn, and dress with the sauce.
