  • Cilantro - 1 bunch
  • Fish Oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Soy Sauce - 3 tablespoons
  • Vegetable Oil - 6 tablespoons

Step 1

Finely chop the cilantro and place it in a bowl.

Step 2

Grate the ginger and add it to the cilantro.

Step 3

Finely chop the chili and mince the garlic, then add to the bowl. Mix with the other ingredients.
