Ingredients
- Duck wings - 2 lbs
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Red Long Chili Peppers - 3 pieces
- Soy Sauce - 5 fl oz
- Chili jam - 5.3 oz

Cut the wings into 2 parts.
Step 2
Crush the garlic.
Step 3
Finely chop the red peppers after removing the seeds and add them to the wings.
Step 4
Pour in the soy sauce and chili sauce so that the wings are almost completely submerged in the marinade. Mix well.
Step 5
Marinate for at least 3 hours. It's best to leave it in the refrigerator overnight.
Step 6
Cook in the oven on a baking sheet at a temperature of 160–356°F for 40–60 minutes. Occasionally baste with the sauce. 10–15 minutes before they are done, turn the wings over to brown the other side.
Step 7
The key is not to overcook the wings in the oven, otherwise they will turn out dry.
