Ingredients
- Turnips - 15.9 oz
- Olive Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 1 tablespoon
- Citrus Zest Mix - 1 tablespoon
- Grated Ginger Root - 1 teaspoon
- Cilantro - 1 teaspoon

- Tahini - 2 tablespoons
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Pour water into a pot, add salt, and bring to a boil. In a large bowl, pour in ice water.

Peel and cut the carrots lengthwise into 2-3 pieces about 1 cm wide.
Step 3
Place the carrots in the pot and cook until slightly crisp, about 3 minutes. Immediately transfer to the ice water to cool.
Step 4
In a medium bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, ginger, cilantro, and tahini. Sprinkle with salt.
Step 5
Remove the carrots from the bowl and let the water drain, then transfer them to the bowl with the dressing and mix. Serve immediately.
