Ingredients

  • Lean Beef - 17.6 oz
  • White Beans - 1 cup
  • Spanish onions - 1 head
  • Garlic - to taste
  • Herbs - to taste
  • Sour Cream - to taste
  • Tortillas - to taste
  • Vegetable Oil - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Fry the ground beef until cooked.

Step 2

Sauté the onion and canned (or pre-soaked) beans with finely chopped onion.

Step 3

Mix the ground beef with the beans and onion, add spices, and blend into a puree.

Step 4

Spread the resulting filling on the tortillas in a 1 cm layer and roll them up.

Step 5

Fry the rolls in a skillet.

Step 6

Cut in half diagonally and serve with garlic sauce.

Step 7

Make the garlic sauce: finely chop the garlic and herbs. Mix with sour cream.
