- Lean Beef - 17.6 oz
- White Beans - 1 cup
- Spanish onions - 1 head
- Garlic - to taste
- Herbs - to taste
- Sour Cream - to taste
- Tortillas - to taste

Step by Step guide
Step 1
Fry the ground beef until cooked.
Step 2
Sauté the onion and canned (or pre-soaked) beans with finely chopped onion.
Step 3
Mix the ground beef with the beans and onion, add spices, and blend into a puree.
Step 4
Spread the resulting filling on the tortillas in a 1 cm layer and roll them up.
Step 5
Fry the rolls in a skillet.

Cut in half diagonally and serve with garlic sauce.
