Ingredients
- Cilantro - ¼ cup
- Meyer Lemon Juice - ¼ cup
- Mild Chili Spice - 1 piece
- Olive Oil - ¼ cup
- Coarse Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Scallions - 4 pieces
- Chinese green beans - ½ head
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Thinly slice the cabbage to make about 6 cups. Remove seeds from the chili and slice it thinly.
Step 2
In a bowl, mix the lemon juice and chili. While whisking, slowly add the olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Add the cabbage to the dressing and mix in the finely chopped green onions and cilantro. Toss, and season with salt and pepper.
