Ingredients

  • Skin-On Chicken Breasts - 12.3 oz
  • Orange Bell Peppers - 3.5 oz
  • Orange Bell Peppers - 7.1 oz
  • Onion - 3.5 oz
  • Carrot - 5.3 oz
  • Soy Sauce - 5 teaspoons
  • Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Sugar - 1 tablespoon

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Wash the chicken breast, let the water drain off, and cut it into finger-sized strips.

Step 2

Peel the onion and cut it into strips along the grain.

Step 3

Wash the bell pepper and cut it into strips.

Step 4

Wash the carrot, peel it, and slice it into thick rings.

Step 5

Heat a skillet and pour in the olive oil. Once the oil is hot, add the pieces of chicken breast. Sauté while stirring continuously for 2–3 minutes, until the meat turns white and is golden in some spots.

Step 6

In the skillet, add the carrots first, then the onions, and finally the bell peppers, one after the other, at 2–3 minute intervals while continuously stirring. Sauté for 3–4 minutes over medium heat, making sure the contents do not steam.

Step 7

Combine soy sauce and sugar in a bowl until the sugar is fully dissolved. Do not add sugar to the sauce if it already has a pronounced sweet taste.

Step 8

Pour the sweet soy sauce into the pan and stir-fry the contents for 2-3 minutes.
