- Wheat Flour - 1½ cups
- Pork Blood - 12.3 oz
- Onion - 1 head
- White Cabbage - 7.1 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Egg white - 1 piece
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Knead a stiff, homogeneous dough from flour, egg, salt, and a little water for elasticity. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
Step 2
Cut the pork into small pieces, pass it through a meat grinder, add salt, pepper, half a cup of water, the onion passed through the grinder, and finely chopped cabbage, then mix everything together.
Step 3
Roll out the dough into a thin layer, and use a cutter to cut out circles with a diameter of 6 cm. Place a teaspoon of filling in the center of each circle, tightly seal the edges, and pinch them.
Step 4
Boil the dumplings in salted water at a gentle simmer for 5–7 minutes.
