Ingredients
- Pork Mince - 15.9 oz
- Scallions - 2 stalks
- Soy Sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Apple Wine - 2 teaspoons
- Sesame Oil - 1 teaspoon
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Corn Starch - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - ¼ teaspoon
- Ground Black Pepper - ¼ teaspoon
- Peanut Butter - to taste
- Chicken Broth - 1 cup
- Wonton Dough - 30 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Mix the ground pork, soy sauce, rice wine, sesame oil, and cornstarch.
Step 2
Add finely chopped green onion and minced garlic. Stir well.
Step 3
Add the egg, salt, and pepper to taste. Mix thoroughly.
Step 4
Roll out the dough and make round wrappers for the dumplings.
Step 5
Place 1 heaping teaspoon of the mixture in the center of each wrapper.
Step 6
Moisten the edges with water, fold them over, and press to seal.
Step 7
Heat 3 tablespoons of peanut oil in a large skillet and fry the dumplings until golden brown.
Step 8
Then add chicken broth to cover the dumplings, cover with a lid, and cook for 8 minutes.
Step 9
Remove from the skillet.
Step 10
Drain the broth into a separate bowl and repeat the process until all dumplings are cooked.
Step 11
Keep the dumplings warm under a lid.
