Description
Chinese fried rice with eggs and spices — how it's made in China and everywhere that has a strong Chinese culinary influence. In fact, this dish has long become a global favorite.
Ingredients
- Jasmine Rice - 5 oz
- Chicken Egg - 3 pieces
- Spanish onions - 5 oz
- Scallions - 0 oz
- Vegetable Oil - 0 fl oz
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Grated Ginger Root - 0 oz
- Salt - to taste
- White Pepper (whole) - to taste
- Soy Sauce - 0 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare the necessary ingredients.
Step 2
Whisk the eggs with salt using a fork or chopsticks.
Step 3
Heat 30 ml of vegetable oil in a wok and scramble the eggs, stirring with a spatula. Then transfer to a clean dish.
Step 4
Take the pre-cooked and cooled rice, and break up any clumps using your hands coated with oil.
Step 5
In the same wok, add more oil and quickly sauté the minced ginger and garlic.
Step 6
Add the rice and sauté it, stirring constantly, for a couple of minutes.
Step 7
Add the onion, cut into large cubes, and continue stirring for another minute or two.
Step 8
Then add the omelet, season with salt and pepper to taste, and continue to fry and stir. Be careful not to let the rice stick to the bottom of the wok.
Step 9
Pour the soy sauce around the edge of the wok, continue stir-frying for another 30 seconds, then add the chopped green onions, mix well, and remove from heat.
Step 10
Garnish the dish with fresh green onions.
