Ingredients
- Boiled White Round Rice - 5.3 oz
- Chicken fillet - 14.1 oz
- Sweet Pepper - 1 piece
- Carrot - 2 pieces
- Onion - 1 piece
- Large eggs - 1 piece
- Salt - to taste
- Curry - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the rice: place 1 cup of rice in a pot, add 2 cups of water, add another 2 cups, and cook until done. After cooking, rinse.
Step 2
Cut the chicken fillet into cubes. In a preheated skillet, pour in 4 tablespoons of vegetable oil, add the meat, season with salt (0.5 teaspoon of salt), and fry for 20–25 minutes.
Step 3
Add the chopped onion to the meat and sauté for 4–5 minutes. You can add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil.
Step 4
Add grated carrot and diced sweet pepper, and fry for 10 minutes.
Step 5
Push the mixture to one side of the skillet; in the empty space, crack the egg, fry for 30 seconds, then mix everything together.
Step 6
Combine everything in the skillet, add curry. Adjust salt to taste if desired. Fry for another 5 minutes.
