Ingredients
- Long-Grain Rice - 17.6 oz
- Peanut Butter - 5 tablespoons
- Carrot - 8.8 oz
- Green peppercorns - 1 piece
- Peanut Sprouts - 7.9 oz
- Pork Blood - 3.5 oz
- Soy Sauce - 5 tablespoons
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare the rice: In a pot of boiling unsalted water, add the rice, stir with a wooden spatula, and cook on high heat for 12-15 minutes until the rice is soft. Drain the rice in a large colander and rinse well under cold water. Let the water drain and set aside.
Step 2
While the rice is cooking, chop the carrot, pepper, and pork into cubes.
Step 3
Heat the oil in a large skillet or wok, add the carrot, pepper, and bean sprouts, and stir-fry for 10 minutes. Add the pork and stir-fry for another 5 minutes. Then add the rice. Pour in the soy sauce and add salt if needed. Mix well and serve immediately.
