Ingredients
- Beef tongue - 10.6 oz
- Sweet Pepper - 1 piece
- Cucumbers - 8.8 oz
- Sweet Red Onion - 1 piece
- Soy Sauce - 2 spoons
- Sesame Oil - to taste
- Sesame bun - to taste
- Balsamic Vinegar - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Mild Chili Spice - to taste
- Cilantro - 1 bunch
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the beef tongue and cut it into strips. Crush the garlic with a knife and chop it finely, then add it to the tongue.
Step 2
Pour the mixture with soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, and sesame oil.
Step 3
Slice the red onion lengthwise, cut the fresh cucumbers into thick sticks, and the bell pepper into strips. Add the chopped vegetables to the mixture and stir well.
Step 4
Add cilantro and chili pepper to taste. Serve, sprinkled with sesame seeds.
