Ingredients
- Smoked haddock fillet - 4 pieces
- Lime - 1 piece
- Carrot - 14.1 oz
- Snap Peas - 7.1 oz
- Marinated cherries - 8 pieces
- Rice Noodles - 10.6 oz
- Oregano - 1.8 oz
- Vegetable Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Chervil - 1 sprig
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Chop the chervil. Cut the salmon fillet into portion-sized pieces, place in a steamer, and sprinkle with chervil. Peel the carrots, trimming the tops to leave about 1 cm. Rinse the peas. Add the vegetables to the fish, drizzle with lime juice and vegetable oil, and cook for 15-17 minutes.
Step 2
Rinse the cherry tomatoes and cut each tomato in half.
Step 3
Boil the noodles in salted water. On a warmed serving platter, arrange the salmon, vegetables, and noodles. Add the cherry tomatoes, sprinkle with fresh oregano leaves, and drizzle with soy sauce.
