Ingredients
- Fresh Mushrooms - 10.6 oz
- Rice Paper - 12 pieces
- Rice - 3.5 oz
- White Cabbage - 5.3 oz
- Sweet Pepper - 1 piece
- Soy Sauce - 8 teaspoons
- Scallions - ½ bunches
- Olive Oil - 3 spoons
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Garlic - 2 cloves
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Sauté garlic in olive oil, then add finely chopped mushrooms and pour in soy sauce. To the sautéed mushrooms, add finely shredded cabbage and bell pepper. Cook for about three minutes. Season with salt, pepper, and chopped green onions.
Step 2
Cook the rice until it's halfway done, then mix it with the vegetables.
Step 3
Take the rice paper and dip it in hot water for a few seconds until it softens. Place it on a cloth surface (it may stick to the table), add the filling, and roll it up.
Step 4
Beat the egg with salt and pepper, dip each pancake into the mixture, and fry in a small amount of olive oil until golden brown.
