Ingredients
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Rice Paper - 10 pieces
- Peeled Cooked Shrimp - 7.1 oz
- White Cabbage - 5.3 oz
- Peanut Sprouts - 5.3 oz
- Scallions - ½ bunch
- Cilantro - to taste
- Fresh basil leaves - to taste
- Soy Sauce - 5 tablespoons
- Mild Chili Spice - 1 piece
- Fresh Mushrooms - 5.3 oz
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Wheat Flour - 2 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a skillet, sauté the garlic, add finely chopped cabbage, shrimp, and mushrooms. Add soy sauce and sauté so that the cabbage does not turn to mush. Remove from heat and add bean sprouts, cilantro, basil, and finely chopped chili pepper.
Step 2
Wrap the filling in rice paper (previously soaked in hot water to soften).
Step 3
Mix the egg, flour, salt, pepper, and a tablespoon of soy sauce. Fry the rolls on all sides, dipping them in the egg mixture first.
