- Eggplants - 5 pieces
- Potato - 3 pieces
- Green peppercorns - 2 pieces
- Garlic - 2 cloves

Step by Step guide
Step 1
Peel the eggplants and cut them into large wedges. Then slice the potatoes into rounds and chop the bell peppers into squares. Dissolve the starch in 3/4 cup of water.
Step 2
Fry the potatoes in oil until they form a crispy crust, then transfer them to a plate. In the same oil, fry the eggplants. Once the eggplants become soft, add the fried potatoes, soy sauce, and the diluted starch. Mix everything thoroughly. As soon as the starch sauce becomes thick and translucent, turn off the heat, add garlic and green pepper. The dish is ready.
