- Sugar - 1½ spoons
- Vinegar essence - 2 spoons
- Soy Sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Tomato Puree - 1 tablespoon
- Orange juice concentrate - 3 spoons
- Corn Flour for Polenta - 1 tablespoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Combine sugar, vinegar, tomato puree, soy sauce, and orange juice in a saucepan. Mix the flour with 4 tablespoons of water and add that to the saucepan as well.
Step 2
Bring the sauce to a boil over low heat, stirring constantly.
Step 3
Serve hot — this sauce pairs well with roasted pork, cutlets, and more.
