Ingredients
- Poultry - 17.6 oz
- Chicken Broth - 7 fl oz
- Cream 22% - 3 fl oz
- Vegetable Oil - 7 fl oz
- Garlic - 0.9 oz
- Salt - a pinch
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare the salted chicken under a press in a grill pan with plenty of oil.
Step 2
Transfer the browned chicken to a deep dish to allow the juices to drain.
Step 3
Leave some oil in the same pan and sauté the minced garlic over low heat until ready.
Step 4
Add 200 ml of chicken broth to the sautéed garlic and cook until thickened.
Step 5
Add the cream and bring to a boil over low heat.
Step 6
Add a little salt, as we salted the chicken slightly at the beginning.
Step 7
Garnish with pomegranate and drizzle the sauce over the chicken.
