- Lean Beef - 24.7 oz
- Courgette - 7.1 oz
- Onion - 1 head
- Semolina - 3.5 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Spices - to taste
- Tomatoes - to taste
- Herbs - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients. Preheat the oven to 392°F.
Step 2
Wash the zucchini, peel it, and cut it into pieces measuring 1–2 cm.
Step 3
Chop the zucchini using a food processor and let excess juice drain.
Step 4
Peel and wash the onion, then cut it into pieces measuring 1–2 cm.
Step 5
Wash the beef, pat it dry, remove any membranes and tendons if present. Cut it into pieces measuring 1–2 cm.
Step 6
Chop the onion and meat using a food processor. Add the semolina, salt, and spices.
Step 7
Thoroughly mix all the ingredients. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 8
Shape the beefsteaks and place them on the baking sheet.
Step 9
Place in the preheated oven at 392°F for 20 minutes, then flip and bake for another 15 minutes.
Step 10
Remove from the oven and let cool.
Step 11
Serve with herbs and tomatoes.
