Description
If you are not going to eat them immediately, do not cover them while cooking; do this when you are reheating. A fresh green salad dressed with olive oil, lemon juice, and mustard makes an excellent side dish for these beefsteaks.

- Beef - 52.9 oz
- Onion - 2 heads
- Olive Oil - to taste
- Farm fresh eggs - 6 pieces
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Finely chop the meat with a knife.
Step 2
Chop the onion in a blender.
Step 3
Mix everything well, adding salt and pepper to taste.
Step 4
Shape the beefsteaks into 7-centimeter diameter patties, no larger (otherwise they will take longer to cook and become dry). Fry in a well-heated skillet with olive oil. Cover the beefsteaks with a lid five minutes before they are done.
Step 5
Cook the eggs in such a way that the yolks remain intact.
Step 6
Place the beefsteaks on a plate, topping each with an egg.
