Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 14.1 oz
- Hard Cheese - 2.8 oz
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Almond - 1½ tablespoons
- Mayonnaise - 1½ tablespoons
- Olive Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Pink Himalayan Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
Step 2
Prepare the chicken fillet: it should be at room temperature.
Step 3
Add the egg to the cheese.
Step 4
Add the flour.
Step 5
Finely chop the fillet.
Step 6
Add the fillet to the other ingredients.
Step 7
Add salt.

Add mayonnaise.

Mix well.

Add ground black pepper. Then mix thoroughly again.

In heated olive oil in a skillet, spoon the mixture in portions. Fry for 3–4 minutes until golden brown.

Flip and reduce the heat to medium. Fry for another 3–4 minutes under a lid.

Place on a plate and serve.
