Description
The cutlets turn out very tender and juicy. After this recipe, I stopped making chicken cutlets from minced meat and only prepare chopped ones.
Ingredients
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Chicken fillet - 14.1 oz
- Wheat Flour - 2 tablespoons
- Onion - 1 head
- Salt - to taste
- Red Long Chili Peppers - to taste
- Dill - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Chop the chicken fillet into small pieces. Finely chop the onion.
Step 2
Mix the chicken, onion, egg, and flour. Add salt, pepper, and finely chopped dill. Mix well.
Step 3
Fry over medium heat in a small amount of vegetable oil. Spoon onto the skillet in the shape of small pancakes.
