- Onion - 3 pieces
- Chicken fillet - 17.6 oz
- Fresh Mushrooms - 17.6 oz
- Mayonnaise - 7.1 oz
- Corn Starch - 3 tablespoons
- Chicken Egg - 2 pieces
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Vegetable Oil - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Rinse the fillet well and cut it into pieces, approximately 2x2 cm.
Step 2
Slice the mushrooms (first cut them in half, then lengthwise).
Step 3
Chop the onion (not too finely, but not too coarsely).
Step 4
Combine everything in a bowl, add mayonnaise, cornstarch, eggs (you can add them without beating), salt, and pepper.
Step 5
Mix well and refrigerate for a few hours. Overnight is better, so the ingredients can soak in.
