Description
Cutlets made from meat chopped with a knife rather than passed through a meat grinder are not only convenient since they require no extra tools for preparation. They have a denser meat structure while still being just as juicy as ground meat cutlets.
Ingredients
- White bread - 3 pieces
- Milk - 5 fl oz
- Pork Neck - 24.7 oz
- Onion - 1 head
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Sour Cream - 1 tablespoon
- Parsley - 3 sprigs
- Dijon Mustard - 1 tablespoon
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Vegetable Oil - 1 fl oz
- Ground Cumin - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Remove the crusts from the bread, cut the soft part into pieces, and soak it in milk.
Step 2
Remove any excess membranes from the pork and chop it very finely. To make the meat easier to cut, you can freeze it slightly beforehand.
Step 3
Peel and finely chop the onion.
Step 4
Finely chop the parsley.
Step 5
Mix the meat with the onion, bread, and herbs. Add the crushed garlic, mustard, sour cream, egg, and spices, and mix everything well. Let it rest for 20 minutes.
Step 6
Shape the minced meat into small patties and coat them in breadcrumbs.
Step 7
Heat oil in a skillet and fry the patties until golden brown on both sides.
Step 8
Transfer the patties to a baking tray and place them in an oven preheated to 356°F for 10 to 15 minutes.
