- Vinegar essence - 1 teaspoon

Sift the flour, add the chilled margarine cut into small pieces, and finely chop it with a knife.
Step 2
Make a well in the flour mixed with margarine. Pour in the salted water, add the egg, vinegar, and knead the dough. Roll the dough into a ball, cover with a napkin, and place it in a cool place for a few hours.
Step 3
Before baking, it is recommended to roll out the dough 2-3 times and fold it into 3-4 layers.
