- Herbs - 1 bunch

Step by Step guide
Step 1
Blend the herbs, garlic, and feta cheese well in a blender, add slightly melted butter. Mix everything well, place it on plastic wrap, roll it into a sausage shape, and put it in the freezer for 20 minutes.
Step 2
Chop the turkey and bacon with a cleaver. Add finely chopped onion, grated carrot, bread soaked in milk, and egg yolks. Mix the resulting filling well, beat it, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Step 3
Cut the chilled mixture of feta and the other ingredients into pieces. Roll the filling into large balls. Lightly beat the egg whites with a whisk.
Step 4
Flatten the filling balls in your palm, place feta in the center, shape into cutlets, dip in egg white, coat in breadcrumbs, and fry on all sides.
Step 5
Place the cutlets in a baking dish, cover with foil, and bake in the oven for 15–20 minutes at 356°F.
