Description
You can use chicken fillet instead of turkey, but it's better to add one tablespoon of starch to the minced meat since chicken fillet is a bit juicier than turkey.
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 14.1 oz
- Pickled Chanterelles - 300 pieces
- Onion - 1 head
- Chicken Egg - 2 pieces
- Salt - to taste
- Vegetable Oil - 3 tablespoons
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Finely chop the fillet with a knife (the smaller, the better). It's easier to chop if you freeze it slightly.
Step 2
Finely chop the mushrooms and the onion as well.
Step 3
Sauté the onion until golden and add the chopped mushrooms and garlic. Sauté for another 5-7 minutes.
Step 4
Whisk the eggs and mix them with the sautéed (cooled!) mixture.
Step 5
Combine everything with the minced fillet.
Step 6
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Step 7
In a preheated skillet with oil, place the resulting minced meat (which should have the consistency of thick sour cream) using a tablespoon, slightly flattening it to shape. Sauté on moderate heat for 3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Step 8
Mashed potatoes, vegetable salad, etc. are suitable as a side dish.
