  • Chinese Cabbage - 24.7 oz
  • Peanut Oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Minced garlic - 2 tablespoons
  • Soy Sauce - 2 tablespoons

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Bring salted water to a boil in a large pot.

Step 2

Meanwhile, trim the choy sum. Blanch the greens in boiling water until tender (about 1 minute).

Step 3

Drain in a colander and set aside.

Step 4

Heat the oil in a wok or large skillet over medium heat.

Step 5

Add the garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes, stirring, until golden brown.

Step 6

Add the soy sauce and 1 tablespoon of water; simmer for 1 minute.

Step 7

Before serving, drizzle the prepared greens with the garlic sauce.
