- Green Onion - 2 stalks
- Mayonnaise - 2.8 oz
- Chutney - 2.8 oz
- Balsamic Vinegar - 4 teaspoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Place the beets in water and boil for 15-20 minutes until cooked. Remove the pot from the heat and rinse the beets under cold water. To prevent staining your hands, rub them with oil. Then allow the beets to cool completely.
Step 2
Cut the beets into cubes or slices and mix with the pre-chopped onion. Add the sauce to the ingredients and stir. Transfer to a serving dish.
