Ingredients
- Beef - 2 lbs
- Baking Tomatoes - 28.2 oz
- Celery stalk - 1 cup
- Salad Potatoes - 3 pieces
- Turnips - 4 pieces
- Onion - 3 heads
- Tapioca - 3.5 tablespoons
- Bouillon cube - 2 pieces
- Dried Chamomile - 0.1 teaspoons
- Dried Rosemary - 0.1 teaspoons
- Dried Chamomile - 0.1 teaspoons
- Red Grape Juice - 0.25 cup
- Frozen green bean pods - 10.6 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the meat into small cubes.
Step 2
Preheat the oven to 248°F.
Step 3
In a heatproof pot, place the meat, tomatoes, chopped celery, sliced carrots, diced potatoes, and onion along with the tapioca. Crumble the bouillon cubes and sprinkle with herbs. Add the red wine and mix well. Cover with a lid.
Step 4
Place in the oven for 5 to 6 hours, adding the peas half an hour before it's done.
